Thick Indian accent - threats of incarsarationa nd people coming to my home and taking me to court. threats persisted

Called me saying I owed money on a cash advance loan for a company I never heard of, then wanted me to send documentation about my loan to show I paid it. No idea of the company they represent. This has to be some kind of scam

They have called me 23 times in the past hour. i don't even have a bank account but they try to say they are sending police to me to arrest me. dirty scam artist.

This caller keeps calling at all hours of the day and night! I pick up the phone and repeatly say hello and all it is is silent. This has occured over 20 times in the last couple weeks. I do not know who this is and its very agravating! I'm not quite sure how they obtained my phone number but this is rediculous!

They keep calling my house for someone who doesn't live here, I keep telling them they have the wrong number but they keep calling. I have resorting to yelling and screaming at them and they still call. JERKS stop calling!!!!

Have received several calls after indicating I wanted off their call list. When I asked to talk to management, the fellow on the other end gave me a bogus telephone number which had my area code and prefix, rather than the area code from which the call originated. When I called the 'manager' phone number, I ended up talking to just another guy in my city. We'll see if the FDNC list actually works (just signed up as a result of this). What really burns me is that this is my cell phone, and I end up paying for minutes whether in the form of an answered call or to just flush out my voice mail inbox.

They claim they are with Vista and I have gas rebates coming in the mail,then ask me for account info. I said if they have my card# they need to tell me what the last four digits are. Sure enough they had the last four on my credit card.

I received a phone on Friday Nov 20,2009 claiming that I owe money for a payday also they are also harrassing my family especially my Aunt who will be 86 yrs old and I do want my family to get sick I am not a well person myself I was born with a heart condition and also glaucoma I really dont need all this at all. I am really getting tired of all the phone calls so please have this stopped immediately.
